Save the Date! Opening Day Weekend 2005

Although there's still snow in the air and on the ground, thoughts of Opening Day are on everyone's mind. Although many details are still in the works and being finalized, please save the date of April 1-2, 2005 to be in the Catskills with you fly rod! For those of you planning your schedule, here is a brief timeline of what is happening on those two days:

Friday – April 1, 2005
7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
B&Bs serve coffee/breakfast at Junction Pool
7:30 a.m.
Celebrity fisherman serves first cast into Junction Pool
7:45 a.m.
Junction Pool opens to general fishing
10:00 a.m.
CFFCM opens to the public
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
CFFCM serves soup [split pea or carrot]
1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Floyd Franke is guest fly tyer for the day at CFFCM
Saturday – April 2, 2005
10:00 a.m.
CFFCM opens to the public
10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Jimmy Ienner's documentary is shown every hour on the ½ hour
11:30 – Noon
Program honoring Poul Jorgensen
All weekend
Memory book available for visitors to sign
6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Two-Headed Trout Dinner in Roscoe
