On Saturday, February 7, 2009, we (The CFFCM)
hosted the third annual Fly Fest. Over 50 tyers gathered to shoot the breeze, tie
some flies, and share some very interesting and perfected patterns. This event was
sponsored by Ellen and Dennis Skarka's Catskill Flies Website and organized by JB Martin.
This event (and the Jamieson's) was a winter warm up for good things to come this season.
We thank all of the tyers and attendees for making it another great day in the Catskills.
